It is finally here, fishing season is once again upon us in the great northern state of Minnesota. The weather isn’t the only thing heating up, bass fishing season is about to be in full swing. Finally… an opportunity to get out for my first bass fishing outing of 2017

After a successful mother’s day brunch completed and a few mimosas downed, I gear up for my first bass fishing outing of the year. I wasn’t expecting much, mostly I just wanted to shake off the rust and enjoy the great summer weather that is finally here. It turned out to be quite the successful day of fishing out on Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis!
